All five stars because for the past 3 years using Aussie broadband I have only had to call them 1 time. They were kind and able to help out quickly over the phone. The problem was a cable lucky I had a spare

The connection is consistently fast, with minimal downtime, which is crucial for both my work-from-home needs and streaming entertainment. On the rare occasions when I've needed assistance, their team has been knowledgeable, courteous, and quick to resolve issues
However, it's important to note that this premium service comes at a premium price. The monthly fees are noticeably higher than some other providers in the area. While I believe you get what you pay for in terms of reliability and speed, it may not be the most budget-friendly option for everyone.

In regards to customer support, it is local so it's good to know that you're talking to someone Australian and not outsourced support. The wait time is not that long, and even if it is the support via chat in the app is very quick.
The pricing is quite expensive, possibly due to the fact that the technical support provided is of high quality.

Have used the same plance for 4 years now and no complaints whatsoever. We work in IT with WFH, the network handles all video calls, streaming platforms, gaming with no lagging. It's the best NBN service, hands down!

The company provides a good service for the price it charges for the plan. We have had some connection issues during peak weekend times but they usually resolve themselves and are becoming less common.

Generally very good NBN provider.
Connection is a bit unstable at times but the support person on the other hand are very good as they are all based in Australia. Prices has increased a few times in the last few months, which is undesirable.

Aussie Broadband is well-regarded for its exceptional customer service, which is consistently rated above industry standards. The company priorities keeping its employees onshore, which not only creates local job opportunities but also enhances communication and understanding for its customers.
In addition to their commendable service, Aussie Broadband ensures stable internet connections and proactively informs customers about any outages or changes in service. This level of transparency is a significant advantage for users who rely on consistent connectivity.
In my experience with TPG and other ISPs, I have encountered subpar technical support and customer service. Often, I found myself being transferred between various departments without resolution, which was frustrating. While these providers may offer lower prices, the quality of service was lacking compared to what Aussie Broadband provides.
I choose to remain with Aussie Broadband primarily for their reliability and outstanding customer service, despite the higher costs associated with their plans. Competitors like Tangerine, Superloop, and Dodo may present more attractive pricing starting from $65 for the first six months, but they cannot assure the same level of service and expertise that I have come to expect from Aussie Broadband.

Simply put - they provide an excellent service, not necessarily the cheapest on the market, but their support and network infrastructure commitments mean they're worth every cent. Upgrading to FTTP from FTTN was incredibly smooth (from the parts they could control), and they even let me know before NBNCO that I was eligible for the upgrade. Their community support for charitable & sporting organisations is wonderful to see too.

I have no complaints, it always works well, especially when we abandoned the Aussie Broadband router for something more capable.
